Northern California Riders Featured at Red Bull AMA U.S. Rookies Cup in Sonoma

The Red Bull AMA U.S. Rookies Cup Series will make its debut at Infineon Raceway, May 17-18, as part of the Kawasaki AMA Superbike Showdown, and two Northern California riders will be part of the action. The weekend is presented by Supercuts.
The Red Bull AMA U.S. Rookies Cup, in its inaugural year, was created by Red Bull as a platform for showcasing young road-racing talent between 13 and 16 years old at AMA Superbike weekends. Seven states and six nations are represented amongst the 23 riders. Continued >>

Carey Hart, one of the world's best known freestyle motocross riders, will be at Infineon Raceway, May 16-18, for the Kawasaki AMA Superbike Showdown, presented by Supercuts.

Four-Ring Circus on Tap for Kawasaki AMA Superbike Showdown Weekend

If it races on two wheels, you're likely to see it at Infineon Raceway during the Kawasaki AMA Superbike Showdown, presented by Supercuts, May 16-18. In addition to a full slate of AMA Pro Racing action on the twisting road course, the weekend will also feature Supermoto USA, SBFreaks Street Freestyle and new for 2008 - Motocross!
On the road course, you'll see the 140-mph speeds of top Superbike riders like two-time defending AMA champion Ben Spies (Suzuki), plus there will also be action in Supersport, Superstock and Formula Xtreme. Supermoto and Street Freestyle Add to Excitement of Motorcycle Weekend at Infineon Raceway

Supermoto and street freestyle motorcycle stunt riding will return to Infineon Raceway, May 16-18, as part of the Kawasaki AMA Superbike Showdown, presented by Supercuts.
Legendary motocross rider Carey Hart will highlight a field of more than 300 entrants at the 3rd annual Supermoto USA event, which will be held at the Infineon Raceway Karting Center. The circuit will be 80-percent paved and 20-percent dirt, with many motocross-style obstacles. In addition, there will be $5,000 in cash and prizes on the line throughout the weekend. Continued >>
